We are a private service. The appointment is free at citas.sre.gob.mx and citas.sat.gob.mx and you can do the procedure yourself. If you prefer our support, we charge for our service.
In short
- We support you with procedures at Mexican embassies and consulates in any country, at passport offices and with the SAT.
- The support includes guidance, a review of your documents, arranging your appointment when one is needed, preparation, and follow-up until your procedure is completed.
- Our fees vary by procedure and case: we give you the cost before we start. Government fees are paid separately, directly to the authority.
- We do not ask for passwords, and the copies of your documents are deleted 30 days after your procedure is completed.
Guidance from the first step
Many procedures get complicated before the appointment: people apply for the wrong visa, book another type of appointment, or arrive without a document. That is why we start by understanding your case, and we tell you:
- Which procedure fits your situation. For example, whether your visa is a visitor visa or one with authorization from the National Institute of Migration (INM), whether your passport is a first-time one or a renewal, or whether at the SAT you need an appointment or can do it online.
- What the office that will see you asks for, according to what that office publishes. The rules change from one office to another.
- In what order it is best to do each step and which time limits to watch, such as the validity of an INM authorization (NUT).
Review of your documents
Before your appointment we review your documents with you:
- that they are complete, according to your office’s list;
- that they are valid and, if they are from another country, apostilled or legalized and translated when needed;
- that your name and your details are written the same way on all of them: passport, certificates and INM authorization.
A name that differs from the one on the passport is one of the reasons for rejection that the authorities themselves document: in Bogotá, for example, they do not let you in to the appointment (Embassy of Mexico in Colombia, August 8, 2025). Our review does not replace the authority’s: it may ask you for something more, and the decision belongs to the authority.
Your appointment, when one is needed
Not every procedure needs an appointment: at the SAT, for example, the tax status certificate (Constancia de situación fiscal) does not need an appointment at any office (Anexo 2 of the RMF 2026). When your procedure does require one:
- We arrange it on the authority’s portal (citas.sre.gob.mx or citas.sat.gob.mx), of the type that corresponds to your procedure.
- We register it with your details exactly as they appear on your document. One person per appointment; we do not resell or transfer appointments.
- We send you the confirmation with the date, the time and the place.
Preparation for your appointment or your interview
- What to bring: originals, copies and photographs, according to your office’s list.
- What the appointment is like. For a visa, the consular interview is in person and mandatory (visa guidelines (Lineamientos)); we explain what it is like and what is usually reviewed, such as the reason for the trip and financial solvency or ties (arraigo) for a visitor visa.
- How the government fees are paid: at some offices, in cash on the day of the appointment; at others, beforehand, at a bank.
Follow-up until your procedure is completed
- If the authority cancels your appointment, we look for a new one at no additional cost.
- We tell you what comes after the appointment, depending on your procedure.
- We stay with you until your procedure is completed.
What you do and what we do
Three things are left to you: telling us about your case, sending us copies of your documents and going to your appointment, prepared. We take care of the rest.
- Gathering the requirements that apply to your case. They change depending on your nationality, the type of procedure and whether you already have an authorization, and they are not always on the same page.
- Reviewing your documents before the appointment, one by one.
- Taking care of your appointment when the procedure requires one, of the type that corresponds and in your name. You find out when your appointment is ready.
- Entering the appointment details with those from your documents, already reviewed.
- Preparing you for the appointment or the interview, and staying with you until your procedure is completed.
What does not change: you go in person, the government fees are paid directly to the authority, and the decision on your procedure belongs to the authority. No service guarantees a date or a result.
How much it costs
- The appointment: free at citas.sre.gob.mx and at citas.sat.gob.mx. You can book it yourself.
- The government fees: they are paid directly to the authority. For example, in 2026, USD 56 for a visa and USD 209 for the 10-year passport at a consulate (Ley Federal de Derechos 2026). At the SAT, the e.firma and the RFC are free.
- Our service: our fees vary by procedure and case. Write to us and we will give you the cost of yours before we start.
Your data and your documents
- We use them for your procedures with us, never for advertising.
- We work with copies: your originals stay with you.
- We do not ask you for passwords: neither the SAT password (Contraseña) nor the SAT e.firma.
- The copies of your documents are deleted 30 days after your procedure is completed. Your identification and contact details, the history of your procedures and your payments are kept so we can follow up with you; if you ask us to delete them, we anonymize them: we remove what identifies you and the record remains without your data. The details are in the privacy notice.
What it does not include
- The government fees for the procedure. They are paid directly to the authority.
- The decision. Whether the procedure is approved is decided by the authority. No service guarantees a date or the outcome.
- Going in your place. Appointments are personal: you go, with your documents.
- Legal representation. We guide you on the procedure; we do not represent you before the authority.
The procedures we support, with guides and examples by country, are in Procedures. What is free, what we charge and what we do not promise is in How we work.
